Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Olga.TheHAIR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Olga.TheHAIR provides professional hairstyling services for weddings, events, photo shoots, and special occasions. Services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability.
Booking and Payment
To secure your booking:
- A deposit is required to confirm your appointment
- Remaining balance is due on the day of service
- Payment methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, or as agreed upon
- Travel fees may apply for services outside of Kraków
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about hair type, length, and desired style
- Arriving on time for appointments
- Ensuring hair is clean and ready for styling
- Communicating any allergies or sensitivities
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Olga.TheHAIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
