1. Services

Olga.TheHAIR provides professional hair styling services in Kraków, Poland, including bridal, event, photoshoot styling, and training services.

2. Booking

Bookings are made via direct messages. Details are confirmed individually.

3. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits apply only to bridal packages and are agreed individually
• Payment method and amount are agreed case-by-case

4. Cancellations & Changes

Conditions regarding cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows are agreed individually at the time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Informing about allergies or sensitivities
• Arriving with hair prepared as agreed
• Understanding that results depend on hair type and condition

6. Photos & Portfolio

Photos may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes with verbal consent. Consent may be withdrawn by email.

7. Liability

We are not liable for results affected by undisclosed conditions, allergies, or failure to follow preparation instructions, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
